Our residential practice focuses on substantial renovation projects where design, multiple trades and existing-building conditions have to be considered together. From kitchens and bathrooms to additions and whole-house renovation — the emphasis is on resolving the building as a whole rather than treating each finish or trade in isolation.
Reconfiguring a primary suite, relocating a major kitchen, or integrating new systems into an older home requires careful sequencing and a thorough understanding of the existing structure. The design is developed with construction in mind, with direct principal involvement carrying through the work to completion.
